Public & Media Relations
The Public and Media Relations (PMR) Department is responsible for public and media relations activities. PMR manages and assists with production of the City’s Government Access Cable Channel (CGTV), Garland City Press and other publications, and the City website.
Public and Media Relations also sends frequent news and event updates via Garland E-News.
