Deferred disposition is an option that will keep your citation from being reported as a conviction on your driving record and will be dismissed if all terms required are successfully met.
Information about requesting dismissal of a citation related to expired driver's license, motor vehicle registration or failure to maintain insurance.
You may request to have your citation dismissed by completing a driver safety course (DSC). Find out about requirements and eligibility.
You can schedule a court date or request a reset for a pending citation. You may submit a request for a hearing if you have current warrants you wish to resolve, but it will require a judges approval.

You may apply for a payment plan for your case. A clerk will review your application and contact you to review your information. if your case qualifies, terms will be reached and a payment plan established. If your case is currently a warrant, you will need to see the judge for approval to make payment arrangements.
