The City of Garland has completed its Trails and Bikeways Master Plan. This plan serves as a framework for the development of on and off-street facilities, design standards and policies, and a prioritized implementation plan for the recommended trails and bike accommodations. This comprehensive plan will guide the future development, operations and programs of the City’s trail and bikeways network, as well as, enhance Garland's local and regional connectivity through alternative transportation routes.
