The pre-submittal meeting is a way for you to meet face-to-face with the department personnel who will be reviewing and permitting your project. In this meeting, we will provide you with the codes, ordinances, and requirements applicable to your project; explain the process from start to finish; and answer any questions you might have.
A pre-submittal meeting is required for the following development projects:
A zoning change
New construction or utility connection
A land disturbance greater than 5,000 square feet
Conversion of a residential structure to a non-residential use
